Strategic Management Analyst

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial, operational, and business performance data to support reporting, dashboard development, and management decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and analytical tools to monitor business performance and support strategic planning.
  • Support the execution of corporate strategy by conducting periodic performance reviews, tracking strategic initiatives, and monitoring progress against corporate targets.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor business risks, while supporting the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and mitigation plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through PDCA methodology, process standardization, and operational excellence programs to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Prepare management reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, effective execution of strategic initiatives, and achievement of corporate objectives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus
  • 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Planning, PDCA, or Corporate Strategic Management.
  • Familiar with Balanced Scorecard, OKR, SOP, and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Strong knowledge of industries such as hospitality, property, or construction is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Great communication, negotiation skills, and must be fluent in English.
