Strategic Planning and Operations Lead, APAC Sales

Meta is seeking an APAC Strategic Planning and Operations Lead to drive analytical and planning strategy for our Sales teams in the region. In this role you will turn complex sales and product performance data into insights and operationalize GTM levers that influence how sales teams operate — identifying what is happening in the business, diagnosing why, and developing the action plans that follow. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Data Science, Product, and Finance to build a shared analytical view of the region. This is an individual contributor role and you will be expected to translate data and insights into decisions senior leaders can act on.
