  • Conduct in-depth market, financial, and operational analysis to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Develop clear, evidence-based recommendations for senior stakeholders on key business challenges and opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform Heathrow’s strategic priorities.
  • Work on high-impact projects such as sustainability initiatives, capacity planning, and passenger experience improvements.
  • Create compelling presentations and reports that communicate complex insights in a clear and actionable way.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data interpretation and modelling.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a track record of producing high-quality analysis and presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and sometimes ambiguous.
  • Experience in strategy, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across teams.

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Knowledge of the aviation or transport sector.
  • Familiarity with financial modelling and scenario analysis.
  • Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
