WTT Solutions is an innovative IT outsourcing company that develops web and mobile products using modern technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, React Native, and Flutter.
We are currently looking for a Strong Junior Manual QA to join our team and help ensure the quality of our internal web and mobile products.

🔹 Work format
First 2 months — full-time, as there will be a significant amount of QA work during the initial product testing and setup stage.
After the first 2 months — part-time, approximately 10–20 hours per week, depending on the current workload and number of tasks.
Compensation: $6–7/hour, depending on experience and skills.
Remote work.

🔹 Working schedule
The main communication and task assignment will come from our CEO, who is currently based in the USA.
Therefore, it is important that you are able to stay available for communication approximately until 20:00–21:00 Kyiv time when needed, so we can quickly align on priorities, clarify questions, and handle current tasks.
Regular weekend work is not part of the role.

🔹 What you will do:
Perform manual testing of internal web and mobile products
Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and testing documentation
Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira or similar tools
Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing
Work closely with developers and project/product managers
Analyze requirements and clarify unclear cases before testing
Help improve testing processes and overall product quality
Independently manage assigned QA tasks and communicate testing results

🔹 What we are looking for:
2+ years of commercial experience in Manual QA
Strong understanding of QA fundamentals, SDLC, and software testing processes
Practical experience with functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
Experience creating test cases and checklists
Experience working with Jira or similar task/bug tracking systems
Basic experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
English — Intermediate+

🔹 Nice to have:
Experience testing mobile applications
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Basic understanding of automation testing principles
Basic knowledge of SQL
Experience with web applications and browser DevTools

🔹 What we offer:
Full-time workload during the first 2 months
Long-term part-time collaboration after the initial period — approximately 10–20 hours/week
$5–7/hour compensation
Flexible schedule with availability for communication until approximately 20:00–21:00 Kyiv time
