🎯Tasks and responsibilities:
Communicate with development team, product owners and business users
Encourage development team to improve quality of deliverables
Document known issues providing sufficient detail to facilitate reproduction by developers, or work to identify root cause
Define and maintain test documentation
Check feature requests for incomplete information or incorrect assumptions and conclusions
Validate the system against functional and non-functional requirements
Create, execute, and maintain data-driven functional, exploratory, and regression tests
Document testing results in issue tracking system
Assist customer support on analyzing customer issues and providing extensive detail for the development team
🎯Professional requirements:
6+ months of professional software testing experience
Strong manual testing skills — comfortable and willing to test hands-on, not only through automation
Experience in RESTful API testing (using Postman or SoapUI)
Experience in testing complex web applications within often changing requirements
Experience in manual testing, test documentation creation
Knowledge of software development life cycle
Experience with teamwork tools such as JIRA, Jenkins/Bamboo, Confluence, git/Bitbucket
Active use of AI tools in daily work (test case generation, automation, analysis, etc.)
🎯Optional requirements:
Programming skills in Java (or another OOP language) is a plus, since we're looking for someone open to growing into a generalist role combining manual testing with automation
Experience with Playwright is a plus
Knowledge in Ad Serving, Affiliate marketing or Real-time bidding areas is a bold plus
Knowledge of database and file storage concepts, query language is a bold plus
Experience with network diagnostic and traffic simulation tools (JMeter, SoapUI) is a plus
Experience working in Unix/Linux/Mac OS X environment is a plus
Computer Science Degree or equivalent, MS is a plus
