Student Assistant Growth & Marketing

We are looking for an Email Marketing Student Assistant to join our Growth & Marketing team. You will support the day-to-day execution of email and SMS communication to donors, customers and fertility clinics, helping us ensure that each audience receives relevant, timely and accurate information.
You will work closely with our Email Marketing Specialist as well as colleagues across marketing, communication and design. The role is focused on practical execution and support, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time.

Responsibilities
- Setting up,maintainingand quality-checking emails, SMS messages, automatedflowsand triggers inMauticand Customer Insights Journeys
- Helping ensure that donors receive relevant communication after registration and ahead ofscheduledappointments
- Monitoring email and SMS performance and supporting reporting on key metrics
- Coordinating translations with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with our copywriter, graphicdesignerand other colleagues on CRM activities
- Monitoring and responding to donor and customer reviews on Trustpilot and Google Business
- Supporting the maintenance and optimisation of our Trustpilot and Google Business Profiles
- Handling ad hoc administrative tasks, including the administration of children’s book codes
Requirements
- Be currently studying marketing, communication, digitalbusinessor a related field
- Have good written and spoken English
- Have an interest in email marketing,CRMand digital communication
- Be comfortable working with numbers,dataand performance metrics.Proficiencyin Excelis an advantage
- Work in a structured and detail-oriented manner
- Be reliable and take responsibility for completing assigned tasks
- Be eager to learn and comfortable working independentlywithout having all information at hand
