Office assistant duties for OIS AVP and staff. Assist with various projects, front desk coverage, assist with incoming phone calls, processing of e-forms, as well as incoming and outgoing mail.

Assist with various projects, front desk coverage, assist with incoming phone calls, processing of e-forms, as well as incoming and outgoing mail. Average Number of Hours per Week: up to 20 hours per week. Schedule: Flexible based on class schedule.
Minimum Qualifications: Applicant must have a current Federal Work Study (FWS) award for the current academic year in order to apply for this position. Applicants are asked to demonstrate proof of their FWS award by saving their “Award Overview” screen from OASIS as a print screen and then pasting it into a Word document and upload it as part of any additional required application materials. If other documents (in addition to your FWS award) are required as part of your application, you must upload ALL documents as one document.

Preferred Qualifications: Computer knowledge (Microsoft office, internet and outlook), knowledge of general office equipment and office procedure.
