Springpoing Senior Living is seeking motivated college students to participate in a mentorship program designed to provide professional development, career guidance, and hands-on learning opportunities.
As a mentee, you will work closely with an experienced mentor who will help you develop professional skills, explore career opportunities, and build confidence as you prepare for life after college.
Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled mentorship meetings and activities.
- Set academic, professional, and career goals with your mentor.
- Participate actively in discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities.
- Complete assigned projects and professional-development activities.
- Ask questions and seek feedback to support your growth.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- Strong interest in professional and career development.
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to commit to the required mentorship schedule.
