Studies Director

About the role

At CIRCET, a leading company in telecommunications and energy, we are looking for a Director of Studies and Technical Office who will lead the department responsible for the technical and economic preparation of bids for CIRCET ENERGY electrical and energy infrastructure projects.

You will be responsible for coordinating the technical team, supervising the preparation of budgets, analyzing projects, developing technical alternatives (value engineering), and ensuring the maximum quality of the submitted tenders.

What you'll do

- Direct and coordinate the Studies and Technical Office Department.

- Plan the workload and assignment of bids to the team.

- Preparation and supervision of budgets using Presto.

- Technical and economic analysis of projects.

- Review of measurements and contractual documentation.

- Preparation of public and private tenders.

- Preparation of technical reports.

- Development of technical variants and alternatives that optimize cost, deadline, and quality.

- Coordination with Purchasing, Production, and Business Development.

- Requesting and analyzing offers from suppliers and subcontractors.

- Homogenization of assessment criteria and cost bases.

- Monitoring of department indicators (success rate, margins, deviations, etc.).

- Implementation of procedures and continuous improvement of the department.

Requirements

Minimum requirements- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Industrial Technical Engineering, or similar.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in studies and tenders.- At least 3 years managing technical teams.- Advanced proficiency in Presto.- Extensive experience preparing construction budgets.- Experience in public and private tenders.- Knowledge of EPC and Design & Build contracting.- Knowledge of interpreting plans and projects.- Advanced use of Microsoft Project.- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.- Driver's license.
