Requires 5+ years of project management experience and strong Agile delivery knowledge.
Konami Australia is seeking an experienced Studio Project Manager to help drive the successful delivery of our game development projects.
Working closely with Game Design, Software Development, Art, Product and external development partners, you will be responsible for planning, tracking and coordinating projects from concept through to delivery. About You
You are an organised, proactive and confident project management professional who knows how to keep projects moving.
You are comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, asking difficult questions when required and ensuring commitments are delivered. You build credibility through preparation, consistency and follow-through, and are motivated by achieving results rather than simply maintaining project plans.

Minimum 5 years' project management experience within software development, digital products, technology, gaming or a similar project-based environment
-
Strong understanding of Agile project delivery methodologies
-
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams with competing priorities

PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar project management certification
-
Experience working with external vendors, contractors or distributed development teams
What Will Make You Successful?
-
You take ownership and drive outcomes.

You are proactive rather than reactive.
-
You can hold people accountable while maintaining strong working relationships.
-
You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced development environment.
-
You communicate clearly and confidently with both creative and technical stakeholders.
-
You earn trust and respect through your actions and delivery focus.
If you are passionate about project delivery and want to play a key role in bringing innovative game experiences to market, we'd love to hear from you.
