Flexible Schedule Options
- Full-time or part-time
- Flexible scheduling
- No evenings or weekends
Competitive Pay
$17–$22/hour, based on experience and education
Must meet DCYF qualifications for Assistant Teacher and Teacher.

What You’ll Do
As a Substitute Teacher, you’ll help create a classroom where children feel safe, loved, engaged, and excited to learn.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing the weekly curriculum provided by New Creations
- Following daily classroom schedules and routines
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Collaborating with teaching staff and center leadership
- Building positive relationships with families and communicating regularly
- Actively engaging with children through play, exploration, and learning
- Supporting children’s health, well-being, and development through positive guidance
- Performing additional duties as needed
