Supervisor 2, Production
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for production problems in the designated Assembly manufacturing areas. Collaborate with process engineers, planners, purchasers, HR, and others to make production efficient, increase productivity, and limit waste, material usage, utility, and other expenses.
- Daily follow-up production schedule to plan for manpower, equipment & factory supply to ensure good product and on-time delivery.
- Support training and manpower planning to meet mass production volume or ramp-up requirements.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science, preferably from Mechanical Engineering /Industrial Engineering or another engineering with Industrial Management experience.
Typically, 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
1+ years of managerial/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
