We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated Restaurant Supervisor who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to bring out the best in a team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Way! Partner with the General Manager (GM) to guide, motivate, and support your crew in delivering outstanding service and smooth restaurant operations.
- Be a Team Player! Jump in wherever you’re needed—from supporting the front of house to helping with daily operations. Great leaders never ask their team to do something they aren’t willing to do themselves!
- Create Amazing Guest Experiences! Help travelers, airport employees, and visitors enjoy a welcoming dining experience, even during the busiest travel rushes.
- Own Your Leadership! Lead with integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude that inspires others to do their best.
- Keep Operations Running! Assist the GM with daily restaurant operations, team performance, and maintaining high standards for service, quality, and cleanliness.
- Communicate and Collaborate! Build strong relationships with team members, management, and guests while keeping everyone moving in the same direction.
- Step Up When It Counts! Be flexible, adaptable, and ready to take charge when needed, while keeping the GM informed and involved in important decisions.
