SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

• Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations at assigned work sites.
• Plan and organize cleaning schedules and assign duties to cleaning staff.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Train and guide cleaning staff on cleaning procedures and workplace safety.
• Monitor cleaning equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Coordinate with clients and management regarding daily operations.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain staff attendance records and prepare daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cleaning operations or supervision.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple work sites.
• Responsible, hardworking, and well-organized.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Able to work under pressure and meet operational requirements.
