• Supervises day-to-day activity of HR Operations and Delivery staff.

• Facilitates resolutions to an assortment of problems and escalations that are moderately complex in scope.

• Assists with the implementation of HR initiatives and HR processes.

• Facilitates allocation of work.

• Supports HR actions and tracking changes in the organization, as well change management activities.
