Position Summary:

The purpose of this position is to direct, coordinate, monitor, and train associates within the Machine Maintenance Department on 1st Shift. This person would report directly to the Senior Supervisor, and would be a direct mentor and manager to the Machine Maintenance team; this includes both hourly and salaried maintenance technicians. The ideal candidate would have a strong technical aptitude, and the leadership and supervisory skills needed to direct our Greenfield plant's Machine Maintenance department. This position is fully onsite at the Greenfield plant, and would require flexibility as some weekends and general overtime may be needed.

• Support/Control Department Budgets
• Direct / Implement / Manage Preventative Maintenance Programs
• Supervise both salaried and hourly associates
• Availability to be “on call”
