What You'll Be Part Of

As Supervisor, Plant Engineering and Maintenance at our Querétaro, México facility, you'll play a central role in keeping shop floor applications and databases running smoothly. You'll maintain product setups and process flows in SAP ME, support the development of new systems that improve speed and efficiency, and help build technical skills across the team. Working closely with interdisciplinary teams and guided by the HPS (HARMAN Production System) philosophy, you'll drive innovation and operational excellence at the heart of our manufacturing environment.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Create, maintain, and provide support for SAP ME configurations, including:
  • Materials

• BOM

• Automatic Back Flush points

• Resources creation and configuration

• Operations

• Routings

• Label printing

• A&R NCs catalog

• CAD drawing for Optical Inspection

• MMX Software download and setup

• Users

• Serialization

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for support, testing, and deployment of shop floor applications
• Manage TU Profile feeding
• Oversee Pallet Tracking, including job setup and user maintenance
• Monitor Bartector database health and provide ongoing support
• Provide functionality support for Fuji Flexa
• Monitor SCADA database health and provide support
• Administer Maintenance Connection, including database health monitoring, application support, and user maintenance
• Manage Perforce user accounts and depot maintenance
• Manage Jira projects and provide project support
• Maintain the Engineering site, including user management and structure maintenance
• Lead application development activities, including planning, analysis, and design
• Oversee implementation across technology, platform, testing, deployment, and maintenance

What Makes You A Strong Fit

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, with a developer profile
• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions
• Software development proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, Visual Basic, .NET, and C#
• Database knowledge, preferably in MySQL and SQL Server
• Graph theory and flow chart knowledge
• Advanced English proficiency (90% reading and writing), with the ability to deliver fluid presentations
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills
• Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

Bonus Points if You Have

• Experience with the Symfony development framework
• Knowledge of the SMEMA protocol
• Familiarity with jQuery
• Linux knowledge and experience with web server configuration
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising delivery dates
• Professional and courteous communication skills when working with users across the organization
• Strong interpersonal skills and an advanced ability to transfer knowledge to others
