Supervisor Production - Vacuum -PM Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the manufacturing process as it relates to equipment start-up and operations

• Supervise minor routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment and ensure root cause corrections and participate in performance of these processes; Monitor, maintain and improve key performance indicators daily

• Lead training effort of new employees as it relates to production, operation, lockout-tag out, forklift, and other business needs

• Accurately track and enter production data into the Work Order system and verify shift production matches the induction report

• Direct daily shift production of assigned departments and ensure all product meets quality specifications

• Accurately complete all administrative paperwork

• Achieve business goals in areas like safety, quality, delivery, and cost

• Assist with performance reviews, plus other supervisory activities

• Lead tool box meetings daily

• Support all company policies and procedures

• Execute coaching and corrective discipline

• Ensure compliance of direct reports to all policies and procedures of The HC Companies.

• Lead by example and perform all job duties in accordance with The HC Companies values

• Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
