About the Role

As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that our service quality consistently meets the standards our clients expect.

You will serve as the link between frontline employees and management, providing support, guidance, and quality assurance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections and follow-up activities

• Support and supervise employees in their daily work

• Train and onboard new team members

• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

• Identify opportunities for operational improvements

• Communicate challenges and progress to management

• Help maintain a positive, professional, and service-oriented culture

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous supervisory or team-leading experience

• Possesses strong organizational and planning skills

• Communicates clearly and professionally

• Takes ownership and follows through on commitments

• Is proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented

• Can work independently while collaborating effectively with others

Experience within cleaning services, facility management, hospitality, or a similar service industry is an advantage but not required.
