Supervises skincare treatments, schedules appointments, manages client records, and promotes retail products in a spa or clinic setting.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Descriptions:
· Performing various skin treatments according to clients’ needs, such as facial/skin treatments.
· Scheduling clients’ appointments
· Data entry of client's information
· Keep documentation and maintain clients’ files
· Perform pre-treatment and after treatment consultation
· Acknowledge and respond to relevant clients’ queries, needs and expectations
· Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
· Stock taking
· Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat
· Any other administrative task when required
Requirements:
· Good communications and interpersonal skills
· Well-groomed
· Positive attitude and good team player
· Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and organization skills
· Sale oriented, service oriented and customer focused
· Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
