Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
· Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and provide suitable recommendations.
· Perform hair services including:
o Cutting, trimming, and shaping hair
o Styling (blowouts, updos, braiding, etc.)
o Coloring, highlighting, and bleaching
o Hair treatments (deep conditioning, keratin, etc.)
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of salon tools, equipment, and workstations.
· Ensure a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction.
· Stay current on industry trends, styles, and techniques.
· Recommend and promote salon products and services.
· Keep accurate records of services, treatments, and product use.
· Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Certification or diploma in Hairdressing from a recognized training center.
· Valid hairstylist license (where required by local regulations).
· Proven experience as a hairstylist or hairdresser.
Key Skills:
· Strong knowledge of hair types, styles, and treatments.
· Creative flair and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good time management and multitasking abilities.
· Sales skills for retail product recommendations.
