Supervisor, Technical Training

Primary Purpose
Supervises trainers and technicians to deliver consistent, safe, and compliant technical training. Manages daily operations, quality, and performance while coaching staff on delivery standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assigns work, manages schedules, and monitors delivery quality and learner satisfaction within a section.
• Coaches staff on facilitation skills, classroom management, and adherence to operational procedures.
• Ensures documentation compliance (attendance, assessment handling, safety evidence) and resolves audit findings.
• Tracks daily metrics (show rates, completion rates, incident rates) and implements corrective actions.
• Conducts session observations and provides structured feedback to facilitators and technicians.
• Manages consumables and labor hours to meet cost targets; approves routine purchases within limits.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to address operational constraints (rooms, equipment, site access).
• Supports hiring, onboarding, and cross‑training to maintain coverage and capability in the team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
