SUPERVISOR

Daily management of logistics operations including order managing, route planning, and driver co-ordination. Handle incoming calls and requirements from drivers & clients. Recruit, train, and induct in-house drivers and drivers-partners to operations excellence. Manage all necessary documentation including inventory management, order payments, Proof of Deliveries. Consolidate orders to maximize the use of delivery fleet. Assist Operations Manager in executing daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department. Assist the management in implementing new strategic initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations.
