Works in the Information Operations Directorate (J6), Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS), Network and Telecommunications Services (J64B), Network Operations Division (J64BA) Division.

Serves as Chief, Network Operations Division, with continuing total authority and responsibility for managing DLA network management functions / services for both DLA classified and unclassified networks located CONUS and OCONUS.

Serves as the principal advisor to DLA on technical aspects of network management and provides local and enterprise level network management support functions for the Agency, including administrating routers and firewalls.

Monitors DLA's enterprise network performance and making recommendations to DLA HQ and DISA on bandwidth issues affecting the DLA wide area network environment.

As a member of the Network and Telecommunications Services (NTS) Leadership Group, participates in NTS work acceptance process and in J6 resourcing of complex IT projects.
