Supervisory IT Specialist (Systems Analysis)

This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO), Division of Insurance Oversight & Transparency Applications (DIOTA). As a Supervisory IT Specialist (Systems Analysis), GS-2210-14, you will serve as the Deputy Director of the Division of Insurance Oversight & Transparency Applications (DIOTA).

Collaborate with Division Director in planning work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.

Provide technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical IT operation management issues

Conduct monitoring and adjustments in development and operations covering project design, development, and implementation.

Oversee, and direct teams on maintaining operational readiness, providing input on schedules and assessing the availability and reliability of multiple.

Oversee contractors and ITPMs, monitoring progress and making immediate decisions on mission critical issues and negotiating with business owners to this effect.
