Summary
Supervises a division within a naval aviation R&D department, overseeing staff, budgets, and manufacturing processes for prototype development.
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER as the Division Head in the PROTOTYPE & MANUFACTURING DIVISION within the PROTOTYPE, MANUFACTURING AND TEST DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.
You will plan and manage personnel skills, processes, and resources.
You will act as a general manager and direct, coordinate, and oversee the work of the Division through subordinate supervisors and leaders or comparable personnel.
You will manage financial resources within assigned budget.
You will resolve conflicts involving subordinates (internal and external).
You will develop criteria and measures for evaluating the performance of subordinates.
