PROGRAM MANAGER
Summary
Leads a Navy aircraft launch-and-recovery product team, shaping requirements, budgets, and acquisition plans while coordinating with DoD and private partners.
You will serve as the Launch & Recovery Product Team Lead (PTL) in the NIMITZ-ACS L&R/PARM/CM&DM/OSIC PM Branch (BL16300), Program Management Division, ALRE Department of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.
You will analyze needs and develop requirements for program initiatives.
You will develop and execute acquisition strategies and comprehensive program plans.
You will identify, defend, and manage resource requirements, including funding, workforce, and facilities.
You will develop Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and budget inputs, and analyze the impact of budget changes.
You will continuously evaluate all acquisition activities and program documentation to ensure they align with sound business practices.
You will manage requirement and design trade-offs and oversee overall program risk.
You will serve as the liaison and representative in negotiations with other Navy/DoD commands, government agencies, and private organizations.
