As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Coordinate and negotiate with internal teams and external parties, including customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
- Manage daily shipment operations, including purchase order generation and dispatch, SAP system input, sailing schedule coordination, and verification of invoices and Bills of Lading.
- Oversee supplier and customer relationships, including order backlog tracking and demand forecast management.
- Conduct cost analysis with a strong awareness of cargo, logistics, and transportation costs.
- Travel as required on a case-by-case basis to support business needs.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of International Commercial Terms (Incoterms).
- Experience in a trading company is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel on a case-by-case basis.
