Supplier Manager – Technology
The role
This is a unique opportunity to influence how Beyond Bank partners with some of its most critical technology suppliers. As Supplier Manager - Technology, you will lead the governance, performance and strategic direction of our technology supplier portfolio, helping to maximise value, manage risk and support the delivery of key technology initiatives.
Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you'll build strong supplier relationships, drive continuous improvement and champion best-practice supplier management. Your work will directly contribute to stronger commercial outcomes, greater operational resilience and the delivery of technology solutions that support our customers, people and communities.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the strategic management and performance of Beyond Bank's technology supplier portfolio, ensuring suppliers deliver value, innovation and strong business outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders across Technology and the broader business to maximise commercial outcomes, manage contractual obligations and strengthen supplier relationships.
- Drive best-practice supplier governance, providing visibility of supplier performance, risk, compliance and key commercial opportunities.
- Strengthen third-party risk management and operational resilience, ensuring supplier oversight aligns with regulatory and business requirements.
- Identify and implement improvements that enhance supplier performance, optimise processes and mature Beyond Bank's supplier management capability.
