Supplier Quality Engineer

1. Responsible for supplier quality management after SOP. 负责量产后供应商质量管理：

Plan related annual supplier management goal and make sure the achievement.策划供应商管理相关的年度质量目标，并确保其实现。

Work out and monitor implementation of the related procedure for supplier management.编制和监控供应商管理相关的程序文件的实施。

Deal with supplier quality issue in receiving inspection, process or customer complaint.处理进货检验、过程控制、顾客投诉中的供应商质量问题。

Investigating and analyzing PPM and customer complain; verifying the corrective and preventative actions, accomplish the improvement. 审核、跟踪供应商质量问题的纠正、预防措施。

Evaluate the supplier performance according to supplier management procedure.根据供应商管理程序，定期评价供应商业绩。

Schedule and implement supplier process audit after SOP.策划和实施量产供应商的过程审核。

2. Responsible for receiving inspection management 负责进货检验管理:

Plan receiving inspection, edit receiving inspection work instruction or record.策划进货检验，编制进货检验作业指导书或检查记录。

To make sure the receiving technician finish the inspection and test work with high efficiency and good quality as per schedule on time. 确保进货检验人员按计划有效地实施进货检验和试验。

Responsible for the collection, statistics and analysis of supplier quality issue. Report the analysis results. Make out weekly and monthly quality report负责供应商质量问题的数据收集、统计、分析及报告。

Train quality technicians in measurement and testing.在测量、测试等方面，指导培训质量技术员。

Support supplier development by sample inspection planning and implement, participate in process audit of the developing supplier.支持供应商开发，包括样件检验的策划和实施。必要时，参与开发供应商的过程审核。

Participate in process development, finish related job with supplier management after SOP and receiving inspection.参与过程开发，完成与量产供应商管理及进货检验相关的工作。
