Supplier Quality Tech 1st Shift

Where you’ll be: Springfield, TN
Key Responsibilities:
- Trains employees to follow standard work and to understand JDS’s.
- Daily proactive engagement with Operation Leadership, utilizing EMS principles with the main goal to improve NRFT.
- Facilitate problem solving activities with cross functional teams
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel
- Coordinate with SQE’s on containment initiates and product releases
- Generate SMRR reports and communicate with suppliers on defects and containment Activities
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma/GED and 3 to 5 years Electrolux experience with working knowledge of required processes or five years of experience in a manufacturing/quality related field.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
- Proven experience in team building and employee motivation.
- Communicate clearly and concisely in English both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
- Able to stand much of the shift to perform duties
