Job Description
This role supports the German supplier management process in the areas of onboarding, integration, and ongoing operations. It plays a central role in maintaining the best data assets in the DACH region and contributes to our goal of becoming the leading credit bureau in the DACH region.
Main tasks, responsibilities:
- Full administrative processing of debtor cases requiring clarification
- Processing of public and non-public debtor data (insolvencies, local court data, collection matters)
- Evaluation of legal texts in the field of insolvency law
- Written complaint correspondence with enforcement and insolvency courts
- Conducting telephone calls with our data suppliers
- Monitoring of file inputs and outputs, including their quality control
- Close internal cooperation with Sales, IT, and Legal on various projects and topics
- Use of our ticketing system (Jira)
- Participation and contribution to project work for system development
- Supporting the team lead in building the new technical infrastructure in DACH
Qualifications
- Successfully completed vocational training with a commercial or legal focus
- Sense of responsibility in handling data
- Solution-oriented thinking and analytical action
- Reliable, structured, and independent way of working
- Ability to contribute and result-oriented
- Enjoyment and experience in carrying out projects
- High team spirit, high ability to learn and adapt to change
- Very good communication skills
- Very good German in spoken and written form
- Good English in spoken and written form
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience in the areas of judicial dunning procedures, compulsory enforcement, and insolvencies is desirable
- Experience with Sharepoint and Confluence would be an advantage
