PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
This role is accountable for supporting and coordinating responsibilities related to distributor network management, distributor inventory management, order guide management, promotional implementation, depletion schedules, product transition timelines, and supporting systems data integrity. The position reports to the Director of Supply Chain.


ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive proactive inventory management practices for critical portfolio items, including distributor and supplier awareness and guidance.
• Monitor distributor inventory levels to support both new and existing restaurant operations.
• Manage daily product substitutions and outages, ensuring proper corrective actions are in place and pricing is correct based on root cause.
• Maintain up-to-date order guides for all product categories, ensuring accuracy across systems.
• Lead the cross-functional approval process for product substitutions and keep the internal approval guide current.
• Maintain data integrity of support systems such as Arrowstream and Crunchtime, including updating replacement and new items and confirming proper item setup for reporting accuracy.
• Support development of forecasts for promotional items, tracking performance metrics and success rates.
• Support supply chain leadership, operators, and distribution centers (DCs) during new restaurant openings, including managing opening orders, pre-opening inventory planning, and order guide management.
• Support additional responsibilities as dictated by business needs.
