Your Impact
As a Supply Chain Inventory Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for daily inventory reporting, system reconciliation, and managing key processes such as inventory reconciliation, scrap coordination, and audit compliance. Your work will directly support the broader supply chain team by providing accurate, timely inventory data and facilitating smooth operational workflows.
Minimum Qualifications
5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory control, or administrative logistics support.
Strong proficiency with enterprise planning systems such as Oracle and data visualization/reporting tools like PowerBI.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, and data formatting.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies in large datasets.
Proven ability to follow established workflows and maintain process documentation.
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools or data analysis assistants to automate repetitive clerical tasks and enhance reporting speed.
Experience managing inventory reconciliation processes and coordinating scrap disposal in compliance with financial and quality standards.
Knowledge of SOX and ISO audit preparation and compliance documentation.
Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and managing data archives for audit readiness.
Ability to generate and distribute comprehensive inventory status, aging, and open purchase order reports on a regular schedule.
