Supply Chain Management, SSD
Description
The associate will play a critical role in ensuring launch readiness by driving demand forecasting inputs, tracking supply and inventory requirements, coordinating licensing activities and approvals, and managing CAPS deployment in line with defined timelines and business requirements. This includes maintaining accurate launch plans, monitoring critical milestones and dependencies, identifying potential supply or execution risks, and proactively driving resolutions to avoid launch delays or operational disruptions.
The role requires strong ownership of multiple parallel workstreams, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable execution plans. The associate will be expected to establish robust tracking mechanisms, provide timely visibility into launch progress and risks, and ensure that all launch-related activities are completed within agreed timelines. Additionally, the role will focus on improving process adherence, strengthening cross-functional coordination, and identifying opportunities to enhance forecasting accuracy, deployment efficiency, and overall supply chain readiness.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities, and driving closure through structured planning, data-driven decision-making, and proactive follow-through. The ultimate objective is to ensure seamless launch execution, accurate forecasting, timely licensing readiness, successful CAPS deployment, and uninterrupted supply chain operations.
