Supply Chain Program Manager

You will partner with engineering, procurement, logistics, and vendors to align manufacturing and supply-chain objectives. You will assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, analyze performance data, and present program updates. You will build dashboards and reports, lead demand and supply planning, improve procurement and inventory processes, and collaborate with suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, procurement, logistics, and external vendors to align manufacturing and supply-chain objectives.
• Assess supply-chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Analyze manufacturing and supply-chain data to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Present program updates to leadership.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports for supply-chain performance.
• Lead demand and supply planning using statistical models and ERP/MRP systems.
• Identify and implement improvements in procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Collaborate and negotiate with suppliers.
• Communicate with supplier working teams and executives.
