As our new Support Product Owner, you will help evolve our global Support Services portfolio across Azure, Security, Modern Workplace, Data & AI, CSP, and Managed Services. You will turn support strategy and business needs into structured backlog priorities, clear requirements, and actionable user stories, working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success teams to strengthen scalable, consistent, and customer-centric support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the Support Services backlog, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs
  • Translate support strategy into user stories, requirements, and operational improvements
  • Partner with Product Managers to enhance support tiers, SLAs, entitlements, and support processes
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to implement and scale support capabilities
  • Maintain support workflows, escalation paths, runbooks, and service documentation
  • Drive automation, self-service, and process standardization initiatives
