Support Worker - Rockhampton
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Provide support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plans.
2.
Assist clients with daily living activities, such as eating, dressing, bathing, and grooming.
3.
Provide transportation assistance to clients.
4.
Provide respite care to clients and their families.
5.
Provide overnight/sleepover care.
6.
Assist with medication administration ensuring that Point Care medication administration policies are
followed.
7.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of clients' care plans and progress.
Requirements
- A minimum
of high school or equivalent.
- Certificate 3 in
individual support, equivalent or higher.
- Experience working with
people with disabilities.
- Strong understanding of
the NDIS and its guidelines.
- Strong communication and
interpersonal skills
