Job Summary: Impact Support Services is seeking a dedicated and motivated Program Manager for Career Services to lead employment services for individuals with disabilities. This position provides supervision and support to Career Specialists while ensuring high-quality services, compliance, and successful employment outcomes for the people we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate Career Specialists.
- Coordinate employment services, referrals, intakes, and person-centered planning activities.
- Develop staffing and service schedules to meet individual needs.
- Monitor documentation, service records, monthly reports, and billing processes for accuracy and compliance.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers, community partners, families, and other stakeholders.
- Support job seekers in achieving meaningful employment outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, CARF standards, HIPAA requirements, and other applicable guidelines.
- Participate in meetings, staffing conferences, and program planning activities.
- Provide direct services as needed to ensure continuity of care.
