Sushi Chef (Omakase)
Salary: $3500 - $4500
Working Days: 5/6 Days
Working Hours: 44 – 55 hrs a week (with overtime pay)
Working Location: City Hall / Marine Parade

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve sushi, sashimi, handrolls, and omakase courses to the highest standards.
• Ensure freshness, quality, and presentation of all ingredients.
• Manage preparation, portioning, and storage according to best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Engage with guests warmly during service, explaining dishes and enhancing their dining experience.
• Collaborate with the head chef and culinary team to innovate and uphold standards.

Requirements:

• With relevant working experience, preferably in a fine dining or omakase setting.
