Suzhou ELT(Equipment)
Summary
Maintains and improves semiconductor manufacturing equipment in Suzhou, training staff and troubleshooting issues to boost production uptime and yield.
- Responsible to sustain and continuously improve the equipment performance indices for his responsible area. Monitor and report the indices on a regular basis.
- Develop equipment training materials/ program for to equipment E.A/PM Tech/ Line Tech. Provide guidance and training on equipment engineering function and maintenance practice.
- Provide timely support to production line on troubleshooting equipment abnormality, yield defect and major down.
- Provide short and long term engineering solution to reduce equipment major down.
- Support the implementation of the maintenance system. Including spare parts management, tools/ instruments management, and documentation management.
- Perform equipment function enhancement and modification to achieve EFP performance and automation.

Initiate the projects on equipment performance improvement.
- Handle in equipment transferring, set up and buy off.
- Provide proactive support to TPM activities and play as a role of equipment sponsor.
- Attend conference call to work with worldwide maintenance teams in improvement project.
- Participate in setting and reaching department OEE goals.
- Perform equipment regular PM & enhance equipment performance improvement.
- Good technical ( Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical engineering ) background and hands-on experience.
- Good command of English.
- Demonstrate good flexibility to adapt to fast change manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate good teamwork spirit and practice.
