Are you comfortable in the water and passionate about helping others learn? The Beverly & Soul Center YMCA is looking for enthusiastic Swim Instructors to join our Aquatics Team this fall!

Whether you’re an experienced swim instructor or looking to start a rewarding new role, this is an opportunity to help children and adults gain confidence, develop lifelong swimming skills, and learn the importance of water safety—all while working in a fun, supportive environment.

No previous teaching experience? No problem!

We provide paid training for qualified candidates, including:

🏊 Training on the YMCA of the USA Swim Curriculum
👥 Shadowing and mentoring with experienced instructors

🌊 What You’ll Do
As a Swim Instructor, you will:

🐠 Teach swim lessons to children and adults of all ages and abilities
🏊 Lead engaging group and private lessons using the YMCA Swim Curriculum
🛟 Promote water safety while helping participants build confidence and achieve their goals
⭐ Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment
👏 Celebrate each swimmer’s progress and make every lesson fun and meaningful
