Here a the British Swim School, we are more than just a fun, surface-level swim lesson provider. The Position:
The Swim Instructor's number one priority is on teaching the aquatics program at British Swim School. Talking to the students and families about the program. Demonstrating skills, trying your best, communication and holding yourself accountable.
Your Typical Responsibilities:
- Follow British Swim Schools curriculum to ensure safe and competent lessons.
- Establish and maintain relationships with students’ parents and/or guardians. As well as the team.
- Teach British Swim School lessons with encouragement and positive reinforcement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 16 or older.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable in and around the water
- Willing to undergo a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in teaching children/adults.
- Swim Experience
- Have or willing to obtain-Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(s)
- Graduated High school or at least on track to.

Hours:
We are a newer to the area company. Currently operating and looking for someone on Monday/Wednesday evenings and Saturday Mornings at Tri C metro.
