1. Manage and

2. Administer,
monitor, and troubleshoot desktop systems and laptops.
3. Handle
firewall configuration, IP management, and network
troubleshooting.
4. Perform
routine server maintenance, updates, and data
backups.
5. Provide
technical support and resolve hardware/software
issues.
6. Configure and
secure routers, switches, and firewalls.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, IT, or related
field.
2. Proven
experience in system and network
administration.
3. Knowledge of
firewall management and IP configuration.
4. Familiarity
with hybrid cloud infrastructure.
5. Strong
understanding of data and system security practices.
6. Good
documentation and troubleshooting skills.
7. Preferred: CCNA
certification.
