System Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a System Administrator to manage Clobas IT infrastructure, servers, website hosting, email services, endpoint security and end-user IT support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server 2022/2025, IIS installation and configuration, Linux cPanel, website hosting and troubleshooting.
• Manage GoDaddy DNS, domain configurations, SSL certificate installation and troubleshooting, HTTP-to-HTTPS redirection and URL Rewrite.
• Administer Zoho Mail and Outlook, including email configuration and troubleshooting.
• Perform Microsoft SQL Server backup and restore operations and manage Acronis backup and recovery.
• Install, configure and manage McAfee Antivirus, Sophos EDR, Duo Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and VPN solutions.
• Support dedicated servers, private cloud GPU servers and reverse proxy configurations for AI applications.
• Manage Azure DevOps Server (TFS), Visual Studio and Microsoft Office installation, activation and licensing.
• Provide technical support for desktops and laptops, biometric integration and IT asset management.
• Coordinate with IT vendors, manage procurement and renewals, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and system administration.
• Practical knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, Linux cPanel, DNS, SSL certificates, website hosting and SQL Server.
• Experience with endpoint security, backup and recovery solutions, email administration and end-user troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, good communication, documentation and vendor coordination skills.
