System Administrator who configures and supports middleware, APIs, messaging (IBM MQ), and file-based interfaces for multi-tier Java platform applications. - Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, data flow failures, and performance bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, network, and vendor teams during implementation and support activities.
- Manage end-to-end integration testing, including SIT and UAT support.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
