Job Scope:
- Lead technical analysis for regional payment solutions, translating business requirements into scalable technical designs while overseeing end-to-end system architecture, solution implementation, and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to design, review, and optimise technical solutions, ensuring alignment with functional requirements, industry best practices, and project objectives.
- Develop, review, and maintain technical specifications and design documentation, while evaluating and recommending alternative solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Oversee vendor deliverables and quality assurance activities, including the review of technical designs, test strategies, and execution across Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, SIT, UAT, and production readiness.
- Analyse and improve SDLC processes by identifying enhancement opportunities, supporting project testing and implementation, and providing continuous recommendations and progress reporting to Project Managers and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Cross-Border Payments and Reporting Plus (CBPR+) standards, payment messaging, and cross-border payment processing.
- Familiarity with MEPS+ (MAS Electronic Payment System) and domestic payment clearing and settlement processes.
- Solid understanding of SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 MX message standards, including message mapping, migration strategies, and end-to-end payment flows.
