System Analyst

Salary: $44,000 – $49,000 per month

Our clients include major enterprises and organizations in the Finance, Manufacturing, Public Utility, Retail, healthcare and Government sectors. We are looking for System Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse user requirements, and work with business and technical teams to deliver system solutions.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for mission-critical and assigned application systems.

• Investigate and resolve application problems, handling ad-hoc service requests.

• Participate in application upgrades from testing (SIT and UAT support) to production rollout.

• Respond to technical problems and follow up on customer issues.

• Provide Helpdesk support by addressing requests from the ServiceNow/Remedy ticketing system and user inquiries, logging, and tracking incidents, and resolving issues.

• Adhere to customer's processes and requirements for application support.

• Prepare regular service reports and system documentation.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, applications, networking, and cloud.

• Collaborate with internal and external auditors as required by the client.

Requirement:

• Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 7 years' software development experience, including 3 years' experience as a System Analyst.

• Familiar with SDLC, system analysis, and application support.

• Hands-on experience in .NET and/or Java technologies.

• Experience with database technologies (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle).

• Experience with Microsoft SQL, Azure, and .NET is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Windows Server and ITIL processes is a plus.

• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) or AI-assisted Development tools is preferred.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and able to work with both business users and technical teams.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
