System Analyst (Digital Web Solutions)
- Role Summary: Analyzes, designs, and implements information systems, digital commerce solutions, and conversational AI/chatbot platforms.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical blueprints and functional specs.
- Oversee chatbot platform solutions, NLP performance tuning, and conversational workflows.
- Partner with development and QA teams through system design, testing, and deployment.
- Qualifications:
- 2+ years of system analysis experience in Web/eCommerce/Digital initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience designing Conversational AI / Chatbot solutions.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and API integrations.
