System Analyst

Salary: RM 8,000 – RM 12,000 per month
About the role
We are looking for an experienced System Analyst to support application management and digital solutions initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements, driving application integration and technical solutioning, and ensuring successful project delivery throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to coordinate with business and technical stakeholders, manage implementation activities, and provide ongoing application support.
Key responsibilities
Participate in the full project lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are delivered within the agreed schedule and budget.
Analyse business and system requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Drive application integration and solutioning across distributed systems.
Review technical specifications, system designs and technical documentation.
Coordinate project environment setup, maintenance and uptime support.
Manage code migration, deployment and implementation activities.
Proactively identify, investigate and resolve technical issues and incidents.
Provide application support and troubleshooting during project implementation and post-deployment.
Identify gaps in existing systems and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
About you
Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in System Analysis or a related technical role.
Good understanding of application integration and distributed system environments.
Experience in the full application development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment and implementation.
Familiarity with code migration, project environment management and production support.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to provide after-hours support for critical project activities when required.
